Our client, Brookfield Properties, was looking to attract more of the creative community to their properties on DTLA’s Bunker Hill. To do this, we forwent the traditional mailers brokers typically receive, for an entertaining mini docu-series that highlights the inspiring stories of innovators that work on Bunker Hill. We wanted to not just focus on the specs and spaces, but the people who bring those spaces to life through art and creativity.
